March Hemphill, an innovative and creative paragon, has a career filled with diverse ventures, rooted with a BFA in fine arts from UCD. As an editor for the Hallmark Channel, Marc showcased his storytelling prowess, leading him to produce three outdoor TV shows. In Utah, he played a vital role at Uintah Resources, a major oil upgrading project, merging his animation expertise with fundraising and simplifying complex concepts. Marc’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a hair salon, a hair extension company, and restaurants. His latest ventures, the health brand Quado and SUNDARA Medical, demonstrate his commitment to health, quality, and global impact. His multifaceted expertise and proven track record in turning ideas into successful ventures focusing on team quality and cohesion make him an essential leader, bringing a wealth of creative solutions and strategic insight.”

Paul Robinson, a CPA and Brigham Young University Alumni, brings over two decades of formidable expertise in accounting, tax strategy, and business consulting to SUNDARA Medical. As the owner of Brunner Robinson & Haas LLC, his proficiency spans comprehensive financial services, making him a pillar of trustworthiness and leadership. His strategic roles, notably as CFO for the significant Uintah Gateway Project and an entrepreneur behind the thriving Beaumont Bakery, highlight his skill in driving business growth and fiscal management. Paul’s real estate and financial strategizing experience and entrepreneurial spirit are invaluable assets to SUNDARA Medical, providing critical insights for financial planning, operational growth and organizational sustainability in the healthcare sector.

Dr. Tamara Broadhead is a seasoned health care professional with a passion for guiding her patients through the health care experience whether that is through health coaching, diagnosis and treatment of chronic disease, or just as a trusted copilot throughout your journey of care. She is dual board certified in family practice and psychiatry with the goal of treating the whole person, whether it is with traditional westernized medicine, alternative and complementary therapies, functional, or integrative treatment philosophies. There is no modality alone that meets the wellness needs of every individual. Therefore, a knowledge of several different strategies is imperative for a comprehensive approach to healthcare. Tamara has spent over two decades healthcare in which she has honed her clinical skills in both family medicine and psychiatry, but also held many leadership roles as a medical director, adjunct clinical instructor and preceptor for several graduate APRN programs, has built and grown three successful medical practices, and has been a practice consultant throughout Salt Lake and Utah counties. She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with family practice certification from Idaho State University, a post graduate certification in advanced practice psychiatric mental health nursing, and two bachelor’s degrees, in nursing and psychology.

As a seasoned professional in operations, program development, and executive leadership, Niki brings expertise to any team. As the Chief Operating Officer of Bristol Health, Niki Swan not only streamlined operations and significantly increased client retention but also fostered a culture of collaboration. This led to a remarkable improvement in client outcomes and satisfaction, a testament to her strategic leadership. Her pivotal role in the successful development of the clinical education components of the UVU Physician Assistant Program, where she served as the Director of Clinical Education, further underscores her ability to drive impactful change. Additionally, Niki spearheaded the conceptualization and startup of the Mental Health Urgent Care clinic, demonstrating her ability to create programs that enhance wellness and healthcare accessibility.
